Cornerstone Animal Clinic is the best. They go the extra step to make sure your animal is health. My two Lhasa Apso love to go to the clinic for grooming and health care. I highly recommend the clinic you can't go wrong and the staff is excellent from the Groomers to the Doctors.

I honestly believe that Cornerstone is the very best, most caring animal clinic in the Dallas area. I trust the lives of the two most precious things in my life to them: our two dogs. Whether your pets are seen by Dr. Escabedo, Dr. Lopez, or Dr. Houck, you will know that they will get the best, most conscientious care possible. I love this place!  On 2 occassions I've been able to call and get an appointment for one of my cats for the same day.  Also, they are open on Saturdays, which is very convenient.  Staff is always very friendly, as well as the doctors.  I know my cats are in good hands at Cornerstone.

I have been taking my cats and dogs here for 7 years and can't say enough great things about the clinic.  Dr. Lopez and Dr. Escobedo are absolutely the best vets around.  Even if you don't live near the clinic it's worth the drive to get the top-notch care they give you.  They are thourough, compassionate, and very careful with their diagnosis.  If they are not completely sure about something, they spend time researching it, calling specialists, or referring you to a specialist if need be.

They have unlocked pet-related mysteries that no other vet in town could do.  They are reasonably priced and are very good about working with you in paying expenses--the pet is the top priority.  They are also very, very nice and informative with the pet's owners.

My cats cannot tell me how they Being an advocate for the innocent & vulnerable animals in my care is a serious responsibility I have. With that in mind, I called, researched & visited several clinics, as I was wanting to transfer my cats to another clinic. I nixed clinics for reasons including lack of professionalism, courtesy, sterility and personal grooming, inaccessible doctors, low-tech facilities, etc. After visiting Cornerstone, without my cats, I was 100% confident that Cornerstone would be my cats' new clinic.

I scheduled my cats with Dr. Lopez for exams, bloodwork, grooming and dentals. (I have not met Dr. Escobedo but he did flash me a happy smile as I was walking out the door and I look forward to meeting him). Dr. Lopez is serene, confident & calm. He is super-brainy, a great listener/communicator, empathetic & gentle. Dr. Lopez was uber-thorough in treating my senior cat, who had been diagnosed previously with chronic renal failure. I believe Dr. Lopez genuinely respects and cares about my cats and me as their advocate.

Cornerstone's staff all look polished, mature, relaxed & happy- no green hair, black nails or face piercings here! My cats and I have been treated so well by everyone. My cats were groomed there and now have the most adorable summer cuts! All the pricing was fair and reasonable (yes, I am on a budget, too!). I was even given a dental coupon! Be assured that everything positive you read about Cornerstone Animal Clinic is true. Take it from me because I am a very picky cat-mom! My cats & I are joyous, contented & blessed to be patients of Dr. Lopez and his excellent staff!

Compassion, professionalism, and total commitment to providing the best care to their patients and owners. The entire staff has supported our family through the saddest of sad times and shared our joy while keeping our four legged family members healthy and happy.

 Well on Valentine's Day I adopted this ball of furr and love that is currently curled up in a ball next to me with his face propped up on my knee.  The rescue organization I adopted him from gave me a couple heart worm pills to get me started... but it became apparent the first week of April, I was going to have to take Beasley in to meet his new doctor and get our own heart worm and flea/tick protection prescriptions. 

I called over the weekend and they called me back first thing Monday morning to schedule our appointment.  We set it up for 430pm on Wednesday afternoon.  I wasn't sure how bad the traffic would be getting down here so I left work about 330, went home and picked up Beasley and we actually made it to Cornerstone by 410pm.  We waited a few minutes and then we went back into an exam room. 

We consulted with a vet tech who was totally smitten with the "I need braces" smile of my darling Lhasa-Tzu.  She looked Beasley over and kept saying how cute he was.  I, of course, agreed with her but I'm a tad biased. 

We left with the prescriptions we needed and an appointment to go back at the first of next month for one of Beasley's shots and a 6mo heart worm test follow up (rescue organization had all his original shots and tests performed in November). 

Thank you Cornerstone for making Beasley feel so comfortable, I'm glad to know he will be well taken care of here.

 I've been taking my chihuahua to Cornerstone Animal Clinic since I got him. The staff there is SO sweet. My dog actually gets EXCITED to go to the vets office (weirdo!). I take him there to get baths and health certificates when we travel and everytime we walk in his tail wags and he gets all happy. The girls there spoil him rotten when I leave him for the day and he loves every minute of it. 

They are also really good about fitting you in for emergencies. I came home one evening to find my pup acting and walking very strangely. I called them in a panic (at 5:00) and they had me bring him right in to get him checked out - they could have made me wait til the morning or make an appt or something. 

We usually see Dr Tony Lopez and he is very kind and knowledgable.

 This, is where I take my daughter...Miss Roxy, aka Poopers McGee.  I love her too much to take her to a place where they do not treat her properly, so I had to banish Banfield.  I headed over here because this is where Roxy's playmate, Louie, goes.  You see, Louie is very timid as he was dropped off on my neighbor's front door step around Christmas three years ago.  They are not sure of his history, but he does not like men with exception of his Dad, my hubby and the Dr's at Cornerstone!  They were so good to Roxy and she seemed to really warm up to everyone at Cornerstone.  One of the Dr's even has his old Golden Retriever manning the office...apparently, he loves coming to work with his Dad.  Anyway, this is where we will go for all future dog needs.

The truth is that there are really no mistakes in choosing people to do life with, Dr. Mike Escobedo and his family are members at our Church, Elevate Life in Frisco & we have known them for 4 years. We would have never expected to be in a life or death situation with our 2 year old Husky, Saint. We spent 4 weeks at the clinic with our Husky and don't know what we would have done with out Dr. Escobedo and his staff, they are more than just " a Pet Clinic" they truly are a part of our Family now.

Cornerstone Animal Clinic is the best animal clinic I know of. The Doctors take really good care of your pet and the tecnician staff are very knowledgeable and kind. I brought my dog in because he was sick and they took very good care of him. They also noticed that he needed a dental cleaning which I had never really thought about but it made since. I had them do the dental and the price was very resonable.

The BEST--  they have the skill and my trust After my blue point show cat was misdiagnosed (from kitten days) we spent 2 years in a constant state of illness and vet visits. Frustratrion drove me to seek another opinion and I found Dr Lopez. Though the travel time is great, it is well worth it. Through tests, exams and a treatment course, I now have a healthy, happy cat. Dr. Lopez is so assessible and the staff is outstanding. I cannot explain how much it means to know my (now 2 cats) have the VERY BEST of care. Dr Lopez is a joy to work with and I appreciate his skill and care of my cats. I appreciate the way he lays out my options and lets me choose the direction to go. He encourages me and is so good to check in on my cat's progress. I appreciate his ability to work out individualilzed treatment plans to allow my cats to have QUALITY of life.
 
An excellent experience for your pets--  I can't possibly include here all the reasons why I continue, even having moved to a different part of Dallas, to take all my pets to Drs Lopez and Escobedo. As Dr Escobedo took care of my first golden retriever, expanded his practice, and moved, and took on partners, I have followed. They are excellent-compassionate, knowledgeable, easy to talk with about all kinds of pet issues, and interested. They take care with, not just of, your pets. I have now had two golden retrievers, one schnauzer, and one cat with them, and now am onto a rescue dog who will certainly be with them as long as we are together. And their staff--all well-qualified, personable, and interested in helping. I cannot say how much they have meant to me and my family all these years. Keep up the great work!
 
EXCELLENT pet care-- Cornerstone is a friendly,courteous, and professional practice , but most importantly - they are there WHEN YOU REALLY NEED THEM. Drs Lopez and Escobedo were there to respond to our needs at all times. Both we and our pets have been fortunate to have had such skilled and compassionate veterinarians take care of us .From the front desk to the groomers to the assistants to the vets- everyone takes a real interest in your pet and makes you feel special

Superb, compassionate care for pets and their people-- Dr. Lopez is simply the best veterinarian I've ever encountered in more than thirty years as a pet owner. Dr. Lopez's training and knowledge are state-of-the art, yet he's also deeply compassionate and an excellent communicator, so that owners can truly understand treatment options: my pets are living healthier, happier lives than would be possible with any other vet. Doesn't Your Pet Deserve the Best?-- I have been a client at Cornerstone for over 10 years and would not take my animals anywhere else. FANTASTIC-- We found Cornerstone in 1992 when we relocated to Dallas, and have been with them ever since. The staff is wonderfu. They have treated us and all of our dogs with respect and sincerity. Dr. Escobedo and Dr. Lopez are excellent Vets, and caring individuals. You will be in good hands with this clinic, and more importantly will never need to look for another Vet.

Jennifer Houck, DVM - The Best Vet in Dallas-- Three weeks ago we took our golden retriever to Dr. Houck for a second opinion - the outlook was not good. Even though we were new to Cornerstone - she went out of her way to try everything she could to help save our Bear. Unfortunately it was to late - but the compassion she showed us during this experience helped us through this very sad time. She was there for us when we needed help, support and honesty. We cannot thank her enough for being there for us and our Bear.
 
THE BEST-- I brought my rescue dog Holly in, and they did suc a great job! Everyone there made her feel comfortable. The doctors are great, and I wouldn't take my animals anyhwere else!
 
People Who Care-- From the front office staff, to the vet techs, to the kennel staff, to Dr. Escobedo and Dr. Lopez, this is a first class operation!!!!. I have been a client of Cornerstone Animal Clinic since October 1997. My kitty Kali loved everyone there. She had numerous issues and had been cherished and cared for by both Dr. Lopez and Dr. Escobedo over the years. Her treatment was individualized according to what she needed. I especially appreciate the love she  received from Heather a very sweet vet tech!!! The other vet techs are wonderful too!!! Dr. Lopez saw Kali primarily over the last several years and I appreciate all of the time he took with me to explain complicated issues! The front office staff, from the Office Manager, to all of the other wonderful girls at the front desk, are always patient, kind, efficient, and very caring!!!! If you are looking people who care about you and your beloved pets, then look no further!
 
Very Highly Recommended-- Dr. Escobedo and his staff are truly the most caring group of folks and when it comes to the well-being of your cherished 4 legged friends--I wouldn't trust anyone else! My husband and I travel quite a bit and board our pets at Cornerstone. Where most pets might balk at walking into a Vet Clinic...my dogs tails never stop wagging! They know they will have a good time and be well loved for their entire stay. Same goes for their check-ups! It's done with love!
